Update: Interface improvements

Postby 10x10room » Sun Jan 17, 2016 10:45 pm

We just released an update that makes a couple of small improvements to the interface.

First, you'll notice that confirmation dialogs -- the windows you see when you take an action that's hard to undo -- are spiffier. Since we needed to create custom dialogs for the upcoming Steam client anyway, we decided to implement them for all clients. We hope they'll help keep you immersed in the game more than the browser defaults we used before.

Second, we've reorganized the navigation links in the header bar to make them a little easier to figure out, especially for new players. This is part of a broader set of tweaks we've been making to elements of the game that haven't received a lot of TLC recently.

As always, let us know if you see any issues. Thanks!

No one cares about dinky incremental interface improvements. Content. we want content.

We hear you, but the short answer is that we can't afford to create new content with the current sales of the web version of the game. We think our best shot at changing that is to get Conclave on Steam and other platforms, and the incremental improvements are part of that effort.
