Since we're about to start beta-testing Conclave's Steam release, we're trying to polish off a few last improvements this week. Today's update makes some upgrades to combat animations:
- Several of the most common animations are faster.
- Effect failures, such as missing a target or failing to deal it damage, no longer display text on the unaffected token. Over time, we've come to feel that the text was distracting and unnecessary.
- Defeated combatants now fade to black.
Expect to see other small changes as we get feedback from the beta and approach the final release.
